Residential home sales in the Gold Canyon Arizona area for March 2013 showed a little bit more activity than February 2013 home sales. The average price per square foot for the homes sold in March 2013 was slightly up for similar sales in February 2013. Distressed** home average sales were up for March 2013, when compared to February 2013, however they sold at a lower average price per square foot prices.
