Lost Dutchman State Park in Apache Junction will close June 3, 2010.  Thirteen Arizona state parks to close due to funding. Boyce Thompson to remain open.

The Activities Committee of the Superstition Foothills HOA is planning a "Trick or Treat" event for the Superstition Foothill Community kids on the night of October 31, 2009.
Treating will begin at 6pm and last until 8pm.
