Apache Junction Unified School district which includes schools in Apache Junction and Gold Canyon begins the school year on Wednesday, August 12th. Lunches for middle school and high school students are $2.25. Elementary students pay $2.00. Breakfast is $1.00. If families have a need to get assistance they can file with the school to be a part of the federally funded program. Any family with children in the district with questions can call 480-982-1110 ext 2203. Also information is available on their website.
