During May 2009 there were 429 homes on the MLS in Gold Canyon Arizona.

The number of homes sold during May 2009 was 35.
Of the 35 homes sold, 18 of these homes were “distressed” **.
The average sales price of Gold Canyon homes for May was $255,593.
