Gold Canyon Arizona MarketPlace is Ramping Up for 2009-2010 Season

Last year was the first year for the fall-winter Gold Canyon Arizona Marketplace. This year the first date for the marketplace will be Saturday October 17th.

In the first few weeks the events will start at 8:00 and run till 2ish on Saturdays.The earlier time is for the first few weeks because it will still be warm mid day. When the cooler weather arrives they will be changing the operating times to later in the day.

Vendors can setup as early as 6 AM. When bringing in items vendors need to be aware that the parking lot has to be clear of all vehicles by 7:50 AM.

Coffee will be available for a fee and likely an assortment of home baked goods. Booth space will run $17.00 for 10 x10 tent or 9′ wide space under the car port with some shade.

Gold Canyon merchants interested in securing space go to the Gold Canyon Embroidery on Kings Ranch Road in advance, pay for a space, receive a receipt and be assigned a location. (Turn left off Highway 60 and turn into the parking area in the next group of shops behind the Walmart.)
