Gold Canyon Arizona has two (2) of the  All Hazards Community Partnership Training events that have been planned by the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office.
Currently scheduled upcoming events to be held in the Gold Canyon area include one at the Gold Canyon Golf Resort and one at  Mountain Brook Village.

Lost Dutchman State Park in Apache Junction will close June 3, 2010.  Thirteen Arizona state parks to close due to funding. Boyce Thompson to remain open.

Last year was the first year for the fall-winter Gold Canyon Arizona Marketplace. This year the first date for the marketplace will be Saturday October 17th.
