Mesa del Oro is an equestrian-friendly community in Gold Canyon Arizona. The community was designed with 204 single family homes located on one to three acres. Seventy-nine of the homes have more than three acres and everyone has horse privileges via easements. Residents are able to use community easements throughout the community and are able to access state land to the East without having to cross or ride on any roads. Mesa del Oro is one of the few communities within Gold Canyon that does not have a Home Owner's Association (HOA). There are resells in Mesa del Oro as well as some limited land available for new custom homes. There are no street lights, which allows for dark skies at night and the ability to star gaze right from one's own yard. |
