Quail Canyon has fairways and golf green meandering throughout the small gated community of custom homes. The entire development sits in a small canyon beside the Gold Canyon Golf Resort’s Mountain golf course. The homes are all custom builds and as such the styles are varied - but all tasteful. Lots are large and homes vary in size from more than 3,000 sq ft to upwards of 4,000. Most of the homes offer views of the Superstition Mountain, as well as golf course views, and desert views where desert wildlife is the norm. There is a homeowners association but no community pool or amenities. Most homes in the community have their own private pool.
