Gold Canyon Sewer Company has a new name – Liberty Water. Liberty Water is also the new name for the operator of Entrada Del Oro Sewer Company, which serves the community of Entrada Del Oro.
There is a new customer Web site where customers can pay bills and manage their account online.
The new name and brand will appear on company vehicles, building signage and on employee uniforms. Company phone numbers, hours of operation and traditional bill payment methods will remain the same. Sewer bills will remain under the old brand name for one month but will also contain a notification of the changes. Customers will receive the next round of bills under the Liberty Water brand.
The new Web site will give customers access to rate information and utility news. Gold Canyon Sewer Company customers will be able to pay bills and manage their account online immediately. Online payment will be available to Entrada Del Oro Sewer Company customers when they receive their next bills.
The company is also introducing several new employee programs designed to reinforce the company’s commitment to community. Under one program, employees will be allowed time off with pay for up to three days each year to volunteer in the community. An expanded employee recognition program for quality service and care is also being introduced.
Liberty Water owns and operates 13 water distribution and 14 waste-water treatment facilities which provide services to 71,000 customers in communities in Arizona, Texas, Missouri, and Illinois.
