Springtime in Arizona means the "Cactus League" gets underway. If you are in the Gold Canyon area, baseball is only about a half hour / hour, or so away. Cheap ticket prices, pleasant surroundings, typical sunny wonderful weather. Baseball at its finest!
Spring training games begin in the “Cactus League” in February and run thru April. Schedule for 2012 is available on the Cactus League website -- see link below.

More than 80 local artists will display their art while you are being entertained by live
Western, jazz, Hispanic and Native American music and dance throughout the day.
Delicious food and drink available. FREE ADMISSION to the public as a gift to the
community from the GC Arts Council.
