Arizona Renaissance Festival & Artisan Marketplace is a Gold Canyon Arizona area attraction that happens annually, usually from mid-February until approximately the first of April. The Faire is usually also open for President’s Day (Monday).
The Arizona Renaissance Festival is one of the largest of the Renaissance events in the nation. In reality it is several Festivals all rolled into a giant, costumed fantasy village with:

- Several stages of continuous live entertainment
- An outdoor circus
- A medieval arts & crafts fair
- A jousting tournament with three performances daily
- A day-long feast
Usually the weather in Gold Canyon is very pleasant, sunny and nice during this time of the year, but if there happens to be rain, the Faire is open rain or shine. Opening times are generally 10am through 6pm and there is free parking.
Do not take your pets to the event.
The event is located on 30 acres in Gold Canyon, AZ off of Highway 60, East, past the Gold Canyon Resort – 12601 US Highway 60.
