The Gold Canyon Arts Festival is an annual event held in January each year for the past several years in Gold Canyon. It is a much anticipated event by the local community, artists, and the winter visitors to the area. The festival brings more than 80+ local artists together to display their art while the public is also entertained by live Western, jazz, Hispanic and Native American music. It is sponsored by the Gold Canyon Arts Council.
There is delicious food and drink offered for sale by vendors throughout the day.
The event is an outdoor event. Normally the January time frame of the event brings lovely weather to Gold Canyon, but if there is a rain day, unfortunately the event cannot be held and it is usually deferred to the next year.
