Mountain Whisper is a gated custom home community north on Kings Ranch Road, near Golden Rim in Gold Canyon Arizona.
History of the community was that it went through the hands of a few different builder “starts and stops” as the various builders seemed to be affected by recession-era economy, but in late 2009 a new builder took over and homes were again for sale. The area offers large lots and a variety of home styles ranging from Tuscan to Santa Fe. Some lots have offer mountain and desert views. These homes range from 2,500 to 3,200 square feet.
The community has no community pool or amenities.
There is a homeowners association.
