The Phoenix Business Journal made their 2008 awards and named Peralta Trail Elementary School (one of Gold Canyon’s elementary schools) as winner of a 5th place award in the list of "Top 25 Best Places to Work in Arizona". Larry LaPrise, Principal of the school accepted the award at a luncheon in Phoenix on December 12, 2008. Congratulations to Larry and Peralta Elementary school.
