Buyers are looking for good values.
The snowbirds have gone for the summer. But snowbirds are not the only buyers who are looking for homes. Buyers are still looking for good-value homes to purchase. And although home loan rates are increasing, which is making some buyers nervous, there are cash buyers who are not worried about loan rates and the increasing loan rates.
