Buyers are looking for good values.
The snowbirds have mostly gone back to their other homes for the summer. This is one of the factors why we are seeing fewer home sales. But snowbirds are not the only buyers who are looking for homes. Buyers are still looking for good-value homes to purchase. And although home loan rates are increasing, which is making some buyers nervous, there are cash buyers who are not worried about loan rates and the increasing loan rates.
