Gold Canyon Arizona Real Estate Sales-January 2024

Gold Canyon Arizona’s January 2024 home sales increased when compared to sales reported for the prior month – December 2023. Compared to homes sold in the same reporting period in 2024,  more homes were sold in January 2024 than in 2023.   The average price per square foot for homes sold in January 2024 was less than the price for the prior month.

There are cash buyers who are not worried about loan rates and the increasing loan rates, despite rising interest rates for home loans. But the market has changed from days when buyers were snatching up listings within hours of being placed on the MLS.
