Let’s review what happened in June 2021 with Gold Canyon area real estate sales.
- June 2021 saw 50 homes sold during the month in the Gold Canyon area. There were no distressed home sales during the month- (ie, foreclosure or short-sale.)
- Average price per square foot for homes sold in June 2021 was $245.96.
- Average price for Gold Canyon Arizona homes sold in June 2021 was $470,893.
- Number of homes on the market (MLS) in Gold Canyon Arizona during June 2021 was 95 homes.
- Based on the 95 homes on the MLS, there is a 2 month inventory of homes – at the current rate of home sales.
Home sales in Gold Canyon during June saw more residential home sales than in the prior /June reporting period.
Residential home sales in the Gold Canyon area, as well as other communities across the Phoenix area, continue to see brisk sales – with homes generally selling rather quickly when they are listed.
New home prices are increasing due to the rising costs of lumber and other building materials. Delays with new home construction is being reported due to labor shortages.
