Superstition Vistas and Growth in Pinal County

Proposed Superstition Vistas in Pinal County covers about 275 square miles, stretching south and east from the borders of Apache Junction, Queen Creek and Mesa.

State and local leaders who are attempting to guide future development on one of the largest swaths of land in the nation say that an amendment in the state constitution is needed to ensure that the 275-square-mile Superstition Vistas isn’t built up in a piecemeal and scattered fashion. Several local meetings have been happening to get public opinion on what people want to see in the future.

It will be interesting to see how the plans develop.
